Welcome to Tomato Pie

Well, summer is ending and so is tomato season. I will miss the fresh Better Boys in my garden, but more than that - the wonderful heirloom tomatoes that we find at Whole Foods and the local farmer's market. My favorites are the Cherokee Purple and the Black Krim.
